Departer - The German Headhunter and the German Emirati Joint Council for Industry and Commerce (AHK) are conducting the fifths HR survey to identify the current salary structures and HR trends in the UAE.

The results of this survey shall give insights into HR related subjects in the UAE, such as employee satisfaction, changes caused by the pandemic, HR related local challenges as well as employment trends.

The focus will be on current salary structures and levels in the Emirates. The results of this HR Survey will help us to create an overview of different salary levels in various industrial sectors in the UAE and will assist you to identify if your current salary reflects current market conditions.
